All roasting pig orders must be placed by Sunday evening to allow delivery to the meat processing plant. Kill charges are as follows:

over 200# hanging weight $40.00
100-200# hanging weight $40.00
under 100# hanging weight $40.00

Freezer pigs and freezer beef prices are as follows:
