Marcella "Micki" Bechtel, age 70 of Brown City, Michigan, died Monday, April 28, 2003 in Saginaw, Michigan. She was born December 27, 1932 in Royal Oak, Michigan to Fred and Myrtle Reaume.

A housewife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother she loved and raised her large family. She enjoyed quilting, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Glen Bechtel, 10 children; Jack (Nancy), Henry, Jerry (Debbie), Henry, Jeff Henry, Skip Bechtel, Tracy (Frank) Bacholzky, Edith (Greg) Keizer, Scott Bechtel, Darlene (Steve) Williams, Sally (Michael) Morris and Jeanie (Dennis) Hahn, 20 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, a sister, Vivian Meitron, and 2 brothers, Frank and Robert Reaume.

She was preceded in death by  her parents and a sister Mary Helsel.

A gathering and visitation will be on Thursday, May 1, 2003 at Carman Funeral Home in Brown City, Michigan from 2:00 - 9:00 P.M. with funeral services on Friday, May 2, 2003 at 11:00 A.M. Cremation will take place after the service.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or Goodwill Industries.
