Christopher David Durga, age 17 of Brown City, Michigan, died
September 15, 2004
He was born January 5, 1987 in Frankfort Germany to James and Vickie (Cyphers)
Durga.
A senior at Brown City High School, Joe was a defensive tackle for the Brown
City Varsity Football Team and was a member of the school bowling league. He
also loved golf, computers and his play station.
Joe is survived by his parents, James and Vickie; two brothers and a sister, James Jr., Thomas and Kimberly; his grandparents, Ralph and Dollie Durga and Tom and Betty Cyphers; uncle, Frank (Shelly) Durga; and 8 aunts, Barbara (Ron) Jones, Sandra (Eric) Hawley, Paula (Tom) Moroschan, Pamela (Keith) Ballard, Michelle Cyphers, Ginger Young, and Lisa (Kerry) Krackhofer, and Jessica (Nathan) Woodall.
A gathering of family and friends will be Saturday, September 18, 2004 from 2:00-9:00 P.M. and Sunday, September 19, 2004 from 2:00-9:00 P.M. at the Carman Funeral Home in Brown City, Michigan. Funeral services will be Monday, September 20, 2004 at the Brown City Missionary Church. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
