Jack
H. Gazarian, age 77 of Brown City, formally of Warren Died June 11,
2002 in Saginaw. He was born January 27, 1925 in Detroit to Charles and Helen
Gazarian. He served in the Navy during WWII, on the USS Yorktown. Then he
married Angie Krikorian on January 25, 1947 in Detroit at St. John's Armenian
Church.
A cutter grinder for Chrysler, he retired after 20 years and started his own business where he sold tools and sharpened bits. Jack was a member of the Over Fifties Group, Brown City Missionary Church, Blue Water Lodge in Fort Gratiot and Farm Bureau. He was a member of Masonic Lodge #295 in Attica and Imlay City. He also was a volunteer at Teen Ranch.
Jack is survived by his wife of 55 years, Angie Gazarian, 3 children: Charles Gazarian of Warren, Sylvia (James) Tereschuk of Dallas, Texas, and Nancy (Roy) Hockley of Pinconning; 2 grandchildren, Stephanie (Craig) Miller and Tiana (Scott) Banes; 1 great-grandchild, Kalie Miller; sister Jean Sarkisian and a brother Armen Gazarian.
Visitation was held at Muir Brothers Funeral Home in Imlay City on June 14th, a Masonic service was held the same evening. Funeral services were June 15th, conducted by R.D. Carman. Burial was at Burnside Township Cemetery.
