Raymond Greenlee, age 82 of Brown City, Michigan died Monday, May 12, 2003 in Tender Care Nursing Home in Cass City. He was born November 30, 1920 in Sandusky, Michigan to Harold and Anne Greenlee. He married Muriel Turner on September 26, 1942 in Brown City, Michigan.

He was retired from the local elevator. He was a life member of Brown City Lodge #409 AM, Member of RAM Royal Arch Mason of North Branch, Life Member of Washington Chapter, Order of Eastern Stars. He was a member of the Brown City United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Men Group.

Raymond is survived by his wife of 60 years, Muriel Greenlee of Brown City, Michigan; 4 children: Larry (Barbara) Greenlee of Dearborn Heights, Michigan, Janet (Roger) Stimson of Brown City, Michigan, RaeAnn (Robert) Lee of Columbia, Tennessee, and Robert (Cynthia) Greenlee of Brown City, Michigan; 12 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson; 2 brothers: Harold Greenlee, of Jacksonville Florida; LeRoy (Monica) Greenlee, of Livonia, Michigan; 3 sisters: Erdeen Casto, of Sandusky, Michigan, Eileen (Thomas) Baird, of Caro, Michigan and Maxine (Ford) Otis, of Sandusky, Michigan.

He was preceded in death by one son Ronald, in November 1948, and his parents Anne and Harold Greenlee.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, May 14, 2003 from 2:00 - 9:00 P.M. at Carmen Funeral Home in Brown City. Funeral services will be at the Funeral Home on Thursday May 15, 2003 at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Arthur Stone officiating and assisted by Elder John Murray. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or National Kidney Foundation.
