Wilma Lee "Will-Lee" Kraft, age 76 of Brown City died Thursday, January 2, 2003 at her home in Brown City. She was born September 20, 1926 in Kalamazoo, Michigan to Henry and Olive (Holder) Fellows. She graduated from Marlette High School Class of 1943. She married Harold Raymond Kraft on May 24, 1946. She graduated from St. Clair Community College with an Associate Science Degree.

A loving wife, mother and grandmother she was an avid community supporter including being a founding member of the Brown City Community Park, co-founder of Trinity Lutheran Church where she was organist and youth choir director for over 40 years and a member of the Aid Association for Lutherans. She was a long standing member of the Brown City Women's Club, a Girl Scout Leader, a partner in her husbands veterinary practice as well as an avid golfer, card player and family supporter.

She is survived by four children: Daughters RaeAnn (R.J.) Kreiner, Dixie (Terry) Knappins, Robin (Steve) Mitchell and a son Michael (Sue) Kraft, 8 grandchildren: Travis "T.R.", Zachary, Derek, Tyne, Devyn, Joshua, Kynson, and Rowyn. Sisters: Maxine Tanner, Helen Glady and Lynn Fellows-Lyons.

She was preceded in death by eight days by her husband of 56 years Dr. H. Ray Kraft, her parents and a sister Genevieve Musselwhite and a brother-in-law Donald Kraft.

A visitation will be in Carman Funeral Home in Brown City on Saturday, January 4, 2003 from 1:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Rather than a funeral service there will be a memorial/celebration service on Sunday, January 5, 2003 at Trinity Lutheran Church at 2:00 p.m. following her 1:00 p.m. committal and burial service in Evergreen Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church of Brown City of United Hospice Service of Marlette.
