Virginia Content, age 69, of Lum, Michigan passed away suddenly Wednesday, October 6, 2004.
Virginia Marguerite Foster was the daughter of William and Marguerite (Wagner) Foster, born February 25, 1935 in Detroit, Michigan.
She graduated with the class of 1953 from Fordson High School in Dearborn, Michigan and received her Teaching Degree from Albion College and later earned her Masters Degree in Education at MSU.
Virginia was a teacher for over 17 years and taught in Dearborn, Lansing, Clinton and Mendon Schools
In 1974 she changed careers when she became a co-owner of Briar Hill Golf Course in Fremont. Then in 1988 she became the owner of Lum International (now Castle Creek) Golf Course until 2002.

Virginia is survived by daughters: Kimberlee Cullimore of Lum, Michigan and Deanna (Paul) Cullimore of Lansing, Michigan, son: Richard A. (Rebecca) Content of Fremont, Michigan, 7 grandchildren: Ashley Cullimore, Peterson Cullimore, Alexander Cullimore, Polly Cullimore, Nickolas Content, Jared Content, Ethan Cullimore, mother: Marguerite Foster Kurtz of Ypsilanti, Michigan, her former husband of 27 years Richard Content of Fremont, Michigan, and brother William (Karen) Foster of Garden City, Michigan.

She will be sadly missed by many friends including her dearest friends, Pat and Dave Leiner, Wade Foster and Ryan and Mary Campbell.

Virginia is preceded in death by her father William Foster and her dear friend Richard Graves.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, October 9, 2004 at the Muir Brothers Funeral Home in Imlay City, Michigan. Pastor Pete Brazle and Pastor Tom Blount will officiate.
