
Mary Hojnacki, age 86, of Imlay
City, Michigan previously of Algonac, and Fair Haven Michigan area, passed away
Friday, July 2, 2004 after an extended illness at Lapeer County Medical Care
Facility (Suncrest).
Mary the daughter of Alexander and Tillie (Stetz) Markosvet born on October 17,
1917 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Mary attended High School in Hamtramck, Michigan
She was a member of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary and Scared Heart Catholic Church
Mary is survived by 2 daughters; Nancy (George) O'Rourke of Imlay City, Michigan, and Patricia (Tom) Meyers of Elmira, Oregon, daughter-in-laws; Mary Stewicki of Cadillac, Michigan and Marlene Stewidki of Yale, Michigan, 7 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 1 sister; Anna (Alexander) Dragomon of Imlay City, Michigan
Mary is preceded in death by sons; William (Bill) Stewicki and Robert (Bob) Stewicki, sister; Olga Sounik and brother; William Markosvet.
Funeral Services will take place 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, July 7, 2004 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Father Ezequiel Mondragon will officiate, interment at the Imlay Township Cemetery.
Friends may call the Muir Brothers Funeral Home, 225 N. Main Street, Imlay City, Michigan, 2here the family will be available for visiting 3-5 and 7-9 pm Tuesday, July 6, 2004.
