Charles H. Turrell, age 83, of Imlay City, Michigan, (recently of New Port Richey, Florida) passed away Wednesday, august 18, 2004 at Hernando Pasco Hospice Care Center, New Port Richey, Florida.
Chuck was the son of Harry G. and Lucille (Fritch) Turrell, he was born December 9, 1920 in Imlay Township, Michigan. He married Estella Mae Schaaf January 18, 1947 in Imlay City.
Chuck graduated with the class of 1940 from Imlay City High School. He was a self employed dairy farmer. He had been employed with the Imlay City Community Schools as a custodian. He retired in 1983.

Chuck is survived by his wife; Estella Turrell of New Port Richey, Florida, a daughter; Phyllis (Thomas) Brown of Imlay City, Michigan, a son; Larry (Linda) Turrell of Imlay City, Michigan, 6 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Chuck is preceded in death by his parents Harry and Lucille Turrell and sister Ila Lakics Lazar.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Monday, August 23, 2004 at the Imlay City First Baptist Church. Officiating will be Pastor Gary Freel. Interment will follow at the Imlay Township Cemetery.
