
Andrew A. Appel, age 40, a life long resident of
Marlette, Michigan, passed away Tuesday, October 13, 2003 at Marlette Community
Hospital, Marlette, Michigan.
He was born June 7, 1963 in Marlette, Michigan, son to the late Russell and
Carolyn (Urban) Appel.
He graduated from Marlette High School in 1983.
Mr. Appel was a member of the Lamotte Missionary Church.
He enjoyed shopping, giving gifts and most of all his family.
He is survived by his brother Paul and Mary Jo Appel of Marlette, Michigan;
sister, Teresa and Duane Schwerin of Attica, Michigan; nephew Joel Appel of
Marlette, Michigan and grandmother Louise Appel of Sterling Heights, Michigan.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Leslie Appel.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 18, 2003 at 11:00 A.M. at the Hope Lutheran Church in Juhl, with Pastor Gary Butterfield officiating.
Burial will be in the Juhl Cemetery.
Casket bearers will be Robert Kohnert, John Kohnert, Bruce Kohnert, Jeff
Williams, Joe Ross, Bill Boegner, Tom Shull and Tim Tracy.
Donations may be given to the family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2003 from 3pm to 9pm, Friday, October 17, 2003 from 1pm to 9pm at the Marsh Funeral Chapel in Marlette, Michigan and Saturday, October 18, 2003 at 10am until the time of the service at the Church.
