Ronald W. Crane, age 67, died Tuesday, September 9, 2003 at Marlette Community Hospital in Marlette, Michigan. Mr. Crane lived in Mayville, Michigan since 1987 and was previously from the Fostoria area.
He was born January 29, 1936 in Saginaw, Michigan son to the late Stanley and Doris Crane.

He married Phyllis Goodspeed August 25, 1959 in Saginaw, Michigan

Mr. Crane worked as a Crane operator for G.M. Saginaw Steering Gear from 1955 to his retirement in 1990.
He was a member of the Watertown Township Missionary Church.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and most of all his family.

He is survived by his wife Phyllis Crane of Mayville, Michigan, son Matt and Amy Crane of Clifford, Michigan, daughter Lisa and Scott Helton of Marlette, Michigan, one brother, two sisters and two grandsons, Drew and Scott.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 12, 2003 at 2:00 P.M. at the Marsh Funeral Chapel in Marlette, Michigan, with Rev. Mark Nieman of Marlette Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in the Marlette Cemetery in Marlette, Michigan
Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society.

Visitation will be held at the Marsh Funeral Chapel in Marlette on Thursday, September 11, 2003 from 4pm to 8pm.
