All roasting pig orders must be placed by Sunday evening to allow delivery to the meat processing plant. Kill charges are as follows:
over 200# hanging weight $40.00
100-200# hanging weight $35.00
under 100# hanging weight $25.00
Also for rent: 1 20' X 30' canopy, 8 banquet tables and 60 white resin chairs: package price $225.00. Roasters are $50.00 rental with a pig and $65.00 rental without a pig purchase. All roasters must be returned with the trays cleaned up, the bolts intact and the thermometer included, otherwise an additional charge may apply.
