Anna "Juanita" Bader, age 94, of North Branch, Michigan died Sunday, November 23, 2003. She was born July 8, 1909 in Oakland County, Michigan, the daughter of Elmer and Anna (Lanning) Stowell.
Juanita graduated from Lake Orion High School, Lake Orion, Michigan. She has lived in the North Branch, Michigan area for 32 years.
Juanita and husband, John were married on December 17, 1936. Together they would have celebrated 67 years of marriage.
She was a member of the North Branch First Methodist Church. She enjoyed cooking for her family, crocheting, animals and flower and vegetable gardens.

She is survived by her husband, John, sons; Gerald (Shirley) O'Dean of Lake Orion, Michigan, John Bader of Peck, Michigan, William (Terry) Bader of Bruce Crossing, Michigan, Philip (Susan) Bader of Metamora, Michigan, 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her first husband Armon O'Dean, daughter, Anna Lou, and brother Dwayne Stowell.

The family will be present at Blackburn Chapel-Martin Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 25, 2003 from 2 to 8 pm, Wednesday, November 26, 2003 from 10 to 11 am. the funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Wednesday, November 26, 2003 at Blackburn Chapel, with Rev. Wayne Ferrigan officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery in North Branch, Michigan.
