For starters, Stratton Home Improvement
L.L.C. Roofing Division offers a tarping service. Soon after
the dust settles, they have a crew of their family roofers cover
the entire area of your roof in order to minimize leaks as soon
as possible.
Recently, there has been a problem with
roofing companies owning up to their promises and the consumer’s
shouldn’t stand for it. Companies have been accused of taking
on too many jobs and hiring inexperienced employees. Some have
been accused of forcing payment using verbal abuse and scare
tactics…on roofs that never passed inspections.
According ordinances and government codes,
we are lawfully required to do the following on every job that
we do.
Step 1) A commencement has to be signed by
the homeowner with a Stratton Roofing representative present,
and commencement is the notarized.
Step 2) A roofing permit has to be issued
for your home…Stratton Home Improvement L.L.C. Roofing Division
covers it!
Step 3) Once a roofing permit is issued,
they can start the tear off on your roof.
Step 4) After the old roof has been torn
off, decking repaired, and is water tight (felted or protected
with underlayment) a dry in inspection is called into your
county’s office.
Step 5) Once the roof has been inspected
by county professionals, the permit is then signed and given the
go ahead to continue progress with your roof.
Step 6) Stratton Home Improvement L.L.C
Roofing Division then sends out their family roofing crew
to finish your roof.
Step 7) After the roofing materials have
been applied to your roof, Stratton Home Improvement L.L.C
Roofing Division then has to call in a final inspection
with your county office.
Step 8) Once the final inspection is
completed and the inspector verifies that the roof is
satisfactory to all codes and regulations, your family now has a
roof they can depend on.
